Elite vehicle sales were helpful because I was given as much time as I wanted to inspect the vehicle, and was offered a test drive when I felt that this was what I was looking for. The purchase process was straightforward and everything was explained in simple layman's terms, no jargon or pressure.
Once the sale was agreed and a collection date arranged, Simon kept me up to date with checks and valeting etc. Excellent all round service.
I'd suggest Elite vehicle sales to a friend because the staff were polite and professional from start to finish, they went out of their way to get us sorted. Really good communications from start of the process to even after the sale and handover.
I was happy with the service at Elite vehicle sales because they were very helpful , arranging to deliver the car as we live some distance away. We did find an issue with the car making a noise after it arrived however the garage were quick to arrange to collect the car and sourced and corrected the problem quickly .
